In order to provide you with the best website audit, please complete the form in it’s entirety and read all directions before submission.
STEP 1: Take a full backup of your website and ensure that it is being stored on a location other than your primary website server (ie: Dropbox, Amazon s3)
STEP 2: Perform any and all outstanding updates to WordPress, Genesis and all plugins.
NOTE: Any website submitted that has not been properly updated will be required to pay $175.+ for Anchored Design & Development to perform a full website backup and update any outstanding items.
STEP 3: From your WordPress dashboard, go to USERS > ADD NEW. Use Aimee@AnchoredDesign.com as the username/email and create a password. Checkmark the box to “Send the new user an email about their account.”, select “ADMINISTRATOR” from the Role dropdown and select [ADD NEW USER] button.
STEP 4: Go to your hosting account to check your username and password before entering it in the fields below.
NOTE: Double check all usernames and passwords. Any usernames and passwords submitted by this form that do not work by our development team will incur an additional $85 fee to request them from you again.
