Value. Great value for the service provided.
Explanation. Appreciate being willing to answer my questions. I have a great many of them and people can get tired of answering them.
Resources. Very much appreciate providing me with external resources (and they were good ones to, not just crappy things I could google myself) for areas where I wanted a deeper understanding.
Process. The process was great. I appreciate the ‘system’ that has been put in place and appreciate the various steps and stages. Highly appreciate the flexibility and dealing with my evolving needs/requests. Highly appreciate the ability to get things done despite obstacles thrown up from 3rd parties.  
Personality. I like Aimee as a person. Not a requirement for business dealings, but it is an added bonus for sure.
Follow Up. Maybe this falls in an above category, but when Aimee says she will do something it is done. Seems trivial but its not. Some people say things and do nothing. This is not Aimee.  
Post-Launch. Appreciate the post-launch review and the heads up to make sure that there aren’t two hosting sites. SEO has begun to improve again.  
Final Product. Much better than my old site, in so many ways. Did a very good job at moving the content.
