This request for website edits is for current or prior clients of Anchored Design. In order to provide you with the best support, please complete the form in it’s entirety reading all directions before submission.
STEP 1: Take a full backup of your website and ensure that it is being stored on a location other than your primary website server (ie: Dropbox, Amazon s3)
STEP 2: Perform any and all outstanding updates to WordPress, Genesis and all plugins.
NOTE: Any website submitted that has not been properly updated will be required to pay $225 for Anchored Design & Development to perform a full website backup and update any outstanding items.
STEP 3: From your WordPress dashboard, go to USERS > ADD NEW. Use Aimee@AnchoredDesign.com as the username/email and create a password. Checkmark the box to “Send the new user an email about their account.”, select “ADMINISTRATOR” from the Role dropdown and select [ADD NEW USER] button.
STEP 4: Go to your hosting account to check your username and password before entering it in the fields below.
NOTE: Double check all usernames and passwords. Any usernames and passwords submitted by this form that do not work by our development team will incur an additional $85 fee to request them from you again.
